How do I register?
Open the Register page, pick Tech or Non-Tech, choose your event, add participant names and contact details, pay via the UPI QR and upload the payment screenshot.
What is the fee?
The fee is shown on every event card and event page, for example ₹29 for Memography and Reels. Team events are charged per team or squad, and some events (The Xen-Z Show, Battle Verse) let you choose Solo/Group or your game when you register.
How does payment work?
Scan the QR on the payment step with any UPI app, pay the exact amount and upload a screenshot of the successful payment. On a phone, save the QR image and choose it from your UPI app's gallery.
Why does my registration say "pending"?
Your registration is confirmed only after our team verifies your payment. We will send your confirmation on WhatsApp.
I forgot my Registration ID
Your Registration ID (like XEN4-NT-0001) is on the success screen and in your receipt email. If you can't find it, start a live chat with your event name and registered email.
Fake or wrong payment screenshots?
Fake or incorrect payment screenshots lead to cancellation of the registration.
I didn't get my email
The email is only your registration receipt. Check your spam or promotions folder. If it isn't there, note your Registration ID from the success screen and start a live chat with your event name and registered email.
How can I contact the team by email?

When will I get the date, time and venue?
They will be notified via WhatsApp and email.
How many members can a team have?
It depends on the event. The format (solo or team size) is shown on each event page and on the registration step.
